免烧砖机组成部分 ：
传动轴部分、曲轴部件、压砖机构、回转机构、回转盘、调料机构、喂料机构、供油系统、液压装置、轨道部件、模子部件、润滑系统、机座上箱、小立轴、大立轴等。机座和上箱是支撑和连接其它部分的骨架，用六个地脚螺栓固定在机座混凝土基础上；大立轴和小立轴穿入机座，并用螺母坚固，曲轴部件、压砖机构、轨道部件均安装在机座上，传动轴安装在机座和上箱之间，回转盘套在大立轴上，回转机构与回转盘连接。八个模子装在回转盘的模孔内，液压装置装于大小立轴上。调料机构装在单独的基础上并于轨道部分相接，喂料机构装在调料机构的槽钢支架上，并用一个支架与横梁连接。为了防尘及安全，有关部分设了防尘罩和安全罩。
